Exposure and evidence gaps
Document selected asset flows, custody stages, loss categories, current controls, and the limits of available data.
Engagements
Start with a complimentary exposure review, Consulting & Advisory, or a scoped protection pilot. Every engagement should have clear inputs, deliverables, responsibilities, and a decision it enables.
Explore a Protection PilotStart with a complimentary review →Complimentary Exposure Review
A bounded introductory conversation about selected assets, known loss or custody concerns, current visibility, and the evidence you are missing.
A high-level description of the asset, operating environment, current controls, and the outcome you want to improve. Sensitive routes, shipment records, and security procedures can wait for an appropriate confidential process.
This complimentary introductory review is a scoping conversation, not a verified audit, formal risk finding, or promise of savings. Any deeper assessment, advisory work, or pilot is separately scoped and priced.
Request a complimentary shipment-risk review →Consulting & Advisory
Consulting & Advisory is a service offering from Cortrex Systems. Separately scoped paid work can cover exposure assessments, control reviews, protection economics, and pilot planning.
Document selected asset flows, custody stages, loss categories, current controls, and the limits of available data.
Consider process changes, physical controls, third-party tools, Cortrex capabilities, or retaining the current approach where justified.
Receive a prioritized gap analysis, option comparison, key assumptions, and proposed pilot or implementation criteria.
Consulting & Advisory can stand alone. No technology purchase is required.
Our recommendation approach: Cortrex is a potential technology supplier. We separate advisory findings from any Cortrex implementation proposal and disclose that commercial interest. Recommendations may include process changes, existing controls, other providers’ tools, or scoped Cortrex capabilities, depending on the findings.
The complimentary introductory review is distinct from paid advisory work. Scope, deliverables, fees, schedule, data access, and delivery capacity are confirmed in writing before commitments are made or paid work begins.
Discuss Consulting & Advisory →Protection Pilot
Choose a bounded set of assets, facilities, or shipment lanes. Establish the threats and decisions that matter, then agree how the pilot will evaluate them.
Asset, threat, protected unit, baseline, and available evidence.
Sensing, data access, integration requirements, and operating procedures.
Representative events, customer ground truth, false alerts, and response feasibility.
Results, limitations, economics, and a go/no-go recommendation.
An agreed test record, evidence and workflow findings, operating constraints, cost assumptions, and recommendations for the next stage. Success measures and reporting format are defined in the pilot charter.
Pilot availability depends on technical fit, product readiness, device sourcing, integration requirements, and delivery capacity. Fees and timelines are confirmed after scoping.
Request pilot scoping →Deployment & Optimization
Scope a limited set of assets, locations, integrations, or exception workflows. Specify what Cortrex, partners, and customer teams will deliver.
Discuss governance, operating procedures, systems integration, training, and rollout planning as part of an agreed implementation scope.
Define periodic reviews of evidence quality, alert burden, response outcomes, and protection economics. Service coverage is agreed separately.
Agree the implementation responsibilities, operating handoffs, and measures of progress before delivery begins.
Protection Economics
Use the anonymous scenario model, then discuss a customized workshop covering historical net losses, protection scope, response costs, device reuse, integration, and sensitivity.

Choose your engagement below. Links from solution and product pages open the relevant inquiry directly, with only the fields needed for that conversation.
Identify exposure questions, evidence gaps, and whether a more detailed assessment is useful. The initial review is a discovery conversation, not a completed formal security audit.
Explore your objectives, available technology, technical feasibility, and measurable validation criteria. A request does not imply that all Secure or Sentinel capabilities are production-ready.
Discuss the data and assumptions needed for a business-specific protection model beyond the public calculator. Do not attach confidential operational or financial files.
Cortrex can develop technology-agnostic recommendations without a technology purchase. Cortrex or third-party implementation proposals are separate; Cortrex’s potential supplier interest is disclosed.
For technology partnerships, business development, and general questions.
Discuss a demonstration using fictional data and your operational interests. This request does not confirm an appointment or imply live customer monitoring.
Submitting an enquiry does not book an appointment or create a service commitment. Please do not include sensitive shipment data or security procedures. See our privacy notice.
